"Platform" refers to the Spitfire Solutions Store website and services. "Mod" or "Plugin" refers to any modification, plugin, or source code listed on the platform. "Developer" refers to any user who uploads and sells content on the platform. "Buyer" refers to any user who purchases content from the platform. "Store" refers to an ARK server community store hosted on the platform.
You must authenticate via Steam or Discord to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Spitfire Solutions is not liable for unauthorised access to your account.
All purchases are processed through PayPal. Prices are displayed in the store's configured currency and may be converted to your local currency at checkout. All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the store owner or mod developer. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Mods and plugins sold on this platform are typically source code or custom commission work. Content uploaded to CurseForge or similar distribution platforms is subject to their respective terms. Purchasing source code grants you a non-transferable licence to use and modify the code for personal or server use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased source code without explicit written permission from the developer.
Store packages (kits, ranks, currency, commands) are delivered via RCON to the specified game server. Delivery depends on server availability and correct player identification. Spitfire Solutions is not responsible for items lost due to server issues, incorrect Steam IDs, or game updates.
Developers are responsible for the content they upload. Content must not infringe on copyright, contain malware, or violate any applicable laws. Spitfire Solutions reserves the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Platform subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Subscription features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.
All platform design, branding, and code are the property of Spitfire Solutions. User-generated content remains the property of the respective creators. ARK: Survival Evolved and related trademarks are the property of Studio Wildcard.
Spitfire Solutions is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of in-game items, server downtime, or data loss.
We collect minimal data required for authentication and transactions (Steam ID, Discord ID, email, transaction records). We do not sell your data to third parties. Payment information is handled entirely by PayPal.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes (e.g., GST, VAT) based on your location. Tax is calculated automatically at checkout by our payment providers. The tax amount, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase.
